The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience; MBA preferred. Hybrid work with three on-site days per week in Brooklyn, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration major.
• 5 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• MBA or representative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and analyzes trends for corporate departments and budgets.
• Analyzes income statements and prepares management reports and recommendations.
• Performs journal entries and account reconciliations; supports budget controls.
• Conducts complex research on rates of return, depreciation, investments, and related areas.
• Coaches and mentors junior staff; supports daily activities.
• Keeps up with industry trends to propose solutions to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
