Coda Search in NYC is seeking an entry-level Accounting and Finance Recruiter to learn the business through a research role, supporting a large volume of searches our team handles. The path is designed to grow into a full desk recruiter.

This role thrives on outbound activity; you will build candidate lists, research competitors, and conduct candidate screens (in-person, virtual and phone) to identify top fits. Training is provided to accelerate your growth.

We’re looking to add an entry level Accounting and Finance Recruiter that will join Coda and learn the business through a research role, supporting that vast amount of searches our team is working in. The ultimate goal for the role is to work into a full desk recruiter.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in outbound sales. Internships or experience in the financial services space is a plus. A business acumen in the accounting/finance side of companies large and small.

• Keep up to to update on ongoing trends and hiring needs; attending conferences, events, etc. Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the team and company.
• Business/Accounting/Finance Degree preferred!
