Job summary

American Regent in Shirley, NY seeks an entry-level Filling Operator I for the Manufacturing Team to help manufacture sterile liquid pharmaceuticals. You will assist with loading glass vials, operating filling and capping machines, and maintaining aseptic conditions under supervision.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and willingness to become gown qualified, wear gamma irradiated PPE, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read Standard English documents such as SOPs and maintenance schedules.
• Team oriented, able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in the washer/capper area to SOPs.
• Adheres to GMP & cGMP requirements.
• Operates washer and capper machines and keeps records.
• Accurately completes documentation for tasks performed.
• Stocks and stages materials for manufacturing activities.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly and participates in training.
