Qualifications

• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Will­ingness to learn multiple trades and adapt to field requirements.
• Ability to lift 75–100+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and personal protective equipment use.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends as project needs.

Responsibilities

• Learn specialty cutting, coring, GPR, and electrical locating techniques.
• Support concrete construction, patching, and finishing on commercial/industrial sites.
• Assist in field logistics, safety, and quality control on active jobsites.
• Study and progress toward CSDA certifications through structured mentorship.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean, safe work areas on-site.
