Cobra Southeast Construction Services is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Field Trainee role. No prior specialty construction experience is required as you train alongside seasoned veterans toward rapid advancement to Lead Operator across multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn multiple technical trades.
• Ability to lift 75-100+ lbs and work in varied weather.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Provide steel-toe boots; PPE provided by company.

Responsibilities

• Train on flat slab saws, wall saws, core drills, and diamond wire sawing systems.
• Learn GPR imaging and electromagnetic locating to identify utilities and rebar.
• Assist in structural strengthening, FRP installations, epoxy anchoring, and load modifications.
• Support concrete construction, forming, placing, patching, and finishing on industrial sites.
• Master field logistics, site prep, slurry containment, water control, and OSHA safety.
