TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform on-site servicing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of tolling equipment and related systems in Miramar, Florida.

The role provides entry-level technical support for tolling and transportation technology infrastructure, including preventive and corrective maintenance, system upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work at heights (>50 feet) safely.
• Experience with tolling systems, electronics, networking, or related tech preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site servicing, installation, and repair of tolling equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Install, configure, and repair electronic equipment and wiring.
• Respond to service calls and system alarms in time.
• Document reports, logs, and work orders.
• Read maps, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain spare equipment and inventory.
