Pape-Dawson in The Woodlands, TX is seeking entry-level Rodman and Instrument Operator/Land Surveyor roles. Training will be provided to support field data collection and stake-out activities for upcoming projects.

Responsibilities include reconnaissance of property lines, topographical analysis, and operating survey instruments in outdoor conditions. Candidates should be mobile, able to lift, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be physically mobile outdoors in varying climates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field reconnaissance of property lines and easements.
• Analyze topographical features to collect field data.
• Stake proposed improvements for construction teams.
• Operate survey instruments such as Levels, Robotic Total Stations and GPS.
• Record notes and sketches; apply standardized field coding.
