Qualifications

• Relevant experience in switchgear testing and troubleshooting is an asset.
• Good PC skills including email, internet, data entry, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must have OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training; training can be provided by Shermco.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site assistance with electrical systems, installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections, optimizing equipment performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues including switchgear and relay calibration.
• Maintain professional client relationships and keep detailed records of service activities.
