Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer fresh graduates to support mission-critical UPS power and HVAC systems across data centers and energy infrastructure. You will train on operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and product portfolio with on-site and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities include incident management, customer support, field commissioning, preventive maintenance, and documenting learnings for knowledge bases. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Electrical Engineering required.
• Hands-on experience in field service or product repair preferred.
• Experience with power electronics, UPS systems, data center infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid, expert-level technical support to internal repair technicians and external customers.
• Triage inbound technical inquiries, process RMA requests, and guide customers through troubleshooting.
• Own open support cases end-to-end and close within SLA windows.
• Generate RMA service reports and maintain field activity records.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites or training as needed.
