Position Summary:
We are seeking recent graduates with an interest in electrical and mechanical engineering who are eager to build a hands-on career in field service. In this role, you will support mission-critical UPS power and HVAC systems across data centers, telecommunications, energy infrastructure, industrial and automation facilities, and electric vehicle charging applications.
Delta will provide comprehensive training on UPS system operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and the company’s product portfolio. You will work in the field alongside experienced engineers, gaining practical knowledge through hands-on assignments, customer support, system commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
This position requires a willingness to travel. Local customer support will generally involve driving, while occasional air travel may be required for training or assignments outside your region. The successful candidate will be based in the assigned market and will support customer needs within that area.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $63K to $100K per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements.
