Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service's Seattle Kent, WA branch is seeking an Entry-Level Business Development Representative to grow our commercial customer base. The role focuses on in-person canvassing, visiting job sites, and presenting our services to potential clients.

You will conduct regular field outreach, build relationships, and support sales growth with proactive follow-up. The position offers a $700 weekly base plus a weekly bonus of $250–$350, plus benefits and mileage

Qualifikationen

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to travel regularly to customer locations and events.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Prior commercial sales experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-person visits with commercial customers to provide trustworthy service.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular field visits and on-site consultations.
• Support commercial sales growth through proactive outreach and lead follow-up.
• Identify new opportunities and expand accounts via field prospecting and relationship building.
• Sell commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, and related services.
• Promote maintenance programs and service plans to new and existing customers.
• Use Salesforce to document visits and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare on-site presentations and customized proposals.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and represent the company.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery.
