You will drive territory development through proactive outreach, account cultivation, and presenting our plumbing and maintenance services to commercial customers, using Salesforce to track activities and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth in a territory.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly in written and spoken form.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits with commercial customers to provide trustworthy service.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular field visits and on-site consultations.

• Sell Roto-Rooter's commercial services including plumbing and water cleanup solutions.
• Promote maintenance programs and priority care service plans.
• Utilize Salesforce to document visits, track pipeline, and manage activities.
• Prepare on-site presentations and customized proposals.
• Attend events to generate leads and represent the company.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of services.
