Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative to build relationships with retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors in the Gettysburg region. You will promote energy-efficient products, manage weekly visits, and ensure rebate participation while traveling daily from a home office.

This safety-sensitive role requires driving and the ability to work in multiple locations. The compensation ranges hourly and includes DOT and monitoring requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant retail, merchandising, or customer-facing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Associate Degree required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time independently and follow a structured visit schedule
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

Responsibilities

• Promote energy-efficient products through in-store merchandising, table events, promotions, and training
• Visit retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors on a recurring weekly schedule
• Verify point-of-sale materials and rebate-eligible product placements
• Schedule and support promotional events in assigned locations
• Act as the local, on-site program representative to customers and contractors
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage participation and overcome program barriers
• Document all customer and contractor interactions in accordance with program requirements
• Maintain current accounts while identifying and onboarding new opportunities
• Travel extensively throughout a defined territory (Gettysburg region)

Job Description

Field Representative

In this role, you will act as a representative to customer organizations, building strong relationships across retail stores, distributors, and HVAC contractors in your assigned territory. You will support a rebate program focused on promoting energy-efficient products, ensuring compliance, and driving program participation. You will primarily work from your home office while traveling daily within your assigned territory. A structured weekly visit schedule will be provided by leadership. Occasional travel (1-2 times per year) to our Bridgeville, PA headquarters may be required for team meetings.

Location: Gettysburg, PA (Candidates must reside within a commutable distance)

Work Type: Remote / Field-Based

Target Compensation: $20.00/hour

Compensation

Compensation Range: $17.75 - $25.05

Currency: USD
