Job summary

Aerotek in Tampa, FL is hiring a Field Operations Associate. This bilingual role (Spanish) supports onboarding, compliance, and contractor coordination, ensuring forms, drug tests, background checks, and E-Verify requirements are completed accurately.

You will serve front office needs and maintain a smooth candidate flow from interview to start. The position offers $20.19 hourly plus a potential $4,000 annual bonus, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and 401k, plus PTO and

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required or preferred for the role.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is valued.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, background checks, and compliance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update the Candidate Tracker until cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with E-Verify requirements (expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, file and maintain office paperwork and directory.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…
