Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an entry-level Field Machinist with mechanical aptitude and math skills to train and grow in a safety-focused environment. The role involves setting up portable machine tools, performing on-site machining at client sites, and following certified processes to meet quality standards.

Compensation ranges from $62,400 to $72,800 per year with benefits. Willingness to travel and work overtime is required; California pay range disclosure applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical training or industry-specific training preferred.
• One+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a wide variety of portable machine tools to perform on-site machining at client sites.
• Execute field machining operations following certification and company procedures to meet quality expectations.
• Perform pipe cutting and beveling, flange facing, drilling and tapping, milling, line boring, key-way cutting, shaft turning, and bolt removal as required.
