Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. seeks an entry-level Field Machinist with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.

You will assist and perform on-site machining under technician certification, with ongoing training provided to advance your skills in pipe work, flange facing, drilling, milling, and line boring. Responsibilities include setting up portable tools, following safety procedures, and documenting field activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical training or apprenticeship helpful.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate portable machine tools for on-site machining at client sites.
• Perform pipe cutting and bevel, flange facing, drilling and tapping, milling, line boring, key-way cutting, shaft turning and bolt removal as required.
• Follow safety procedures and complete documentation for field machining work.
• Attend required training to maintain competence and improve skills.
• Document all field machining activities per company processes.
