Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer to assist the project team under supervision. You will learn field and office operations and see how they connect to the physical construction of the project.

The role involves coordinating shop drawings, supporting office and field staff, estimating tasks, procuring materials, and tracking schedules and subcontracts. Training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in construction related field is required.
• Ability to assume responsibility and interface with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Shop drawing coordination
• Office/field support staff
• Estimating and quantity take off
• Purchase necessary materials to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain material and equipment inventory at project site
• Schedule monitoring and updating
• Monitor assigned subcontracts and schedules relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower
• Involvement in preparing billings and reviewing invoices
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
