Lithko is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. You will be supported by a dedicated manager and mentors as you build your knowledge and skills, with an integration program that accelerates growth and advancement toward the next role.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.
• Entry-level role with mentorship and fast-track development.

Responsibilities

• Actively utilize managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan as needed.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with the project team and integration program.
• Duties may evolve as skills develop and may include field engineering tasks.
