DIHO Consulting USA in Cedar Creek, TX, is seeking applicants for the Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician role. Training will be provided and certification can be pursued. The position involves field testing soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Preferred candidates hold certifications like ACI, NICET, or TxDOT. The role includes working with a team, driving to sites, and reporting findings in detailed records.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in Construction or Construction Materials Testing.
• Must have dependable transportation, a truck is preferable due to incentive program.
• TWIC card (preferred)
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment
• Capable of maintaining an On Call schedule and willing to work obscure hours

Mansioni

• Perform field tests such as concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, casting cylinders).
• Soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge.
• Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis and other soil classification tests.
• Asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling.
• Pile monitoring during installation to document capacity, penetration, and blow counts.
• Produce timely and detailed reports.
• Operate vehicle safely and follow safety procedures at all times
• Follow company procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Arrive at the job site on time and communicate with dispatch daily
• Relate information to management and onsite clients daily
