DIHO Consulting USA is seeking applicants for the Entry-Level Construction Materials Testing Technician role in Cedar Creek, TX. Training will be provided, and you can get certified.

This position involves field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and pile monitoring to ensure project specs are met. Preferred candidates may hold ACI, NICET, or TxDOT certifications, and the role offers full-time hours with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in construction or construction materials testing.
• Must have dependable transportation; a truck is preferable.
• Able to pass a DISA drug screen and a background check.
• TWIC card preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and equipment.
• Capable of maintaining an on-call schedule and willing to work obscure hours.

Mansioni

• Perform field tests such as concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, and cylinders)
• Soil compaction testing using sand cone or nuclear density gauge
• Proctor, Atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and other soil classification tests
• Asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling
• Pile monitoring during installation to document capacity and blow counts
• Produce timely and detailed reports
• Operate vehicle safely and follow company safety procedures
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Arrive on site on time and communicate with dispatch and onsite clients
