Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our fiber internet customer base in the Gibsonburg area. You will meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach and in-home presentations, explaining the value of high-speed internet, voice, and TV services while owning your territory.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a compensation package with a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, aiming at an annual target around $87,000–$105,000.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
