Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Facilities Maintenance Technician I to perform maintenance on range and building facilities at our New Hampshire site. The role involves basic carpentry, landscaping, HVAC, electrical work, and safety compliance under supervision.

You will log tasks, assist in events, and support various departments to keep facilities clean, safe, and operational. This is an on-site, non-exempt position with potential for growth within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0-2 years of related experience or training.
• Broad understanding of SIG SAUER firearms is a plus.
• Ability to use tools and operate basic maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of range and buildings.
• Oversee installations, inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance of building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing).
• Log activities in Monday.com for visibility and tracking.
• Perform preventive maintenance with eMaint and assist in landscaping tasks.
• Support events by helping set up and maintain SEC and Academy properties.
• Ensure safety and quality during all maintenance tasks.
