Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Facilities Maintenance Technician I to perform property and range maintenance, minor construction, and support for events at the Academy and SEC properties. The role involves basic carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety tasks, with guidance from a supervisor.

Prior exposure or training is beneficial, and a customer-facing environment is involved. The position requires 0–2 years of related experience, CPR certification, and ability to operate

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Range and CPR certified.
• Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) required, eMaint, OTJ, Monday.com, and BMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day operations and maintenance to ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of all range and building properties.
• Oversee installations, inspections, repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management.
• Log all activities, assigned tasks, requests, and support items into Monday.com for visibility and tracking.
• Using eMaint, complete maintenance requests for reactive and preventative maintenance.
• Assist the Events team to organize and set up small to large scale events on the SEC and Academy property.
