Landry's is seeking a maintenance technician in Laughlin, NV to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently. The role involves carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing tasks, and collaboration with painters, engineers, electricians and welders.

Expected to manage daily shop cleanliness, materials handling, and independent work while delivering quality results. Experience and a neat appearance are valued in a professional environment.

Formación

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Related degree preferred or accredited certifications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility.
• Repair of plumbing and associated equipment (e.g., toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains).
• Assisting all trades: painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters.
• Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, picking materials up from job sites, etc.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
