Job summary

Landry's is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain interior and exterior landscaping at our Laughlin location. The role involves mowing, planting, fertilizing, irrigation upkeep, weed control, and regular trimming of trees and shrubs.

The position requires basic maintenance on equipment, the ability to work at heights, and a commitment to a clean, safe work environment. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground keeping and building maintenance duties.
• Mow lawns to maintain tidy grounds.
• Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes as needed.
• Apply fertilizer to enhance growth as needed.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems for upkeep.
• Knowledge of herbicides and pesticides.
• Sweep walkways of debris.
• Trim trees and palms as needed.
• Trim shrubs and pull weeds as needed.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on department equipment.
• Rake, mulch and prune the grounds as needed.
• Occasionally work in high places.
• Other duties as assigned.
