Responsibilities include machine setup, monitoring process parameters, performing quality inspections, and maintaining effective communication with the team to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• 1–2 years in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong safety and quality standards understanding.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple machines.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and handle standing/walking for 8–10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery as required.
• Monitor production parameters to meet specifications.
• Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Suggest preventive maintenance or repairs to maintain equipment reliability.
• Adapt to changing production priorities and meet hourly/daily targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow.
