HHV in California is hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to join our growing team supporting live events, nonprofit campaigns, community outreach, and in-person marketing initiatives. No experience is required—paid training from day one and hands-on coaching are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
• Help with event setup, signage, materials, registration areas, and event breakdown.
• Represent nonprofit organizations and campaigns at in-person events.
• Speak with attendees and provide information about campaigns and programs.
• Support event activities and help create a positive attendee experience.
• Collaborate with team to meet event, outreach, and campaign goals.
• Assist with tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and basic event reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
