Job summary

HHV is seeking an Entry Level Promotions Representative to support promotional campaigns, community events, and in-person marketing initiatives. Paid training is provided, and no prior promotions, marketing, or event experience is required.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while developing communication, customer service, marketing, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No previous marketing or promotions experience required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, events, fundraising, athletics, or campus organizations is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Represent promotional campaigns in a professional and positive manner.
• Interact with customers and members of the community.
• Introduce people to campaigns, services, and promotions.
• Answer questions and provide helpful information.
• Assist with promotional events and community activations.
• Help prepare and organize promotional materials.
• Support event setup and breakdown.
• Work closely with team members to accomplish daily goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Help create a welcoming and positive experience for customers and event attendees.
