Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service, promotions, events, hospitality, or leadership is a plus.
• Strong interest in event marketing and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, confidence, and comfort speaking with new people.
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of event marketing campaigns and promotional activations.
• Engage with customers at events to educate them on products, services, and current promotions.
• Work alongside experienced team members to develop strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
• Represent client brands professionally while creating a positive customer experience.
• Assist with event logistics, including materials, displays, and booth setup.
• Attend team trainings and workshops focused on marketing strategy, leadership, and campaign performance.
