Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, signage, and on‑site event operations
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent client brands, products, and services
• Increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and consumer awareness during promotional events
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
• Assist with presentations, community outreach initiatives, and promotional marketing efforts
• Deliver exceptional customer service in fast‑paced event and retail environments
• Maintain organized event materials, campaign reports, and marketing documentation
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and record management
• Participate in ongoing training programs, team meetings, and professional development workshops
