Job summary

GEM is seeking an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This role provides comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.

You will support campaign growth, customer acquisition and retention, and the management of external customer needs while developing leadership and interpersonal skills through retail promotions and local events.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2- or 4-year college degree in a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for training.

We are a marketing and advertising department seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position offers comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be considered a team lead in the marketing department.

As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the growth and development of assigned campaigns, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and the management of external customer needs. You will develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills while driving sales through retail promotional campaigns and building brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.
