Job summary

Synergize in Sacramento is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Representative to support nonprofit events, outreach programs, and promotional campaigns. You will interact with the public, share information about programs, and help create a positive experience at community events.

No prior marketing experience is required and training is provided. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities to grow within a team-focused environment at local community events.

Qualifications

• No prior marketing experience required. Training is provided.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, promotions, or marketing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional activities.
• Speak with event attendees and members of the public.
• Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives.
• Answer questions and communicate information clearly.
• Help create a welcoming and professional event environment.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Work with team members to support event activities.
• Follow event guidelines and instructions.
• Attend scheduled training and team meetings.
• Represent our clients and organization in a professional manner.
