Job summary

CryptoGex is seeking an entry level Customer Service Assistant to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events in Charlotte, NC. You will be the first point of contact for attendees, partners, and vendors, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive event experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, excellent verbal and written communication, and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
