We are looking for an energetic, highly organised, and people-oriented Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our events team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with people, and is passionate about events and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations
• Assist with setup, logistics, and coordination at live events
• Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
• Engage with attendees and provide product/service information
• Track and report on event metrics and customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with team leads and campaign managers to ensure event success
• Help maintain inventory and promotional materials
