Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Loan Operations Escrow Processor 1 to manage property tax and insurance escrow activities for real estate loans.

You will review escrow accounts, prepare remittances, and maintain documentation while liaising with customers, insurers, and tax authorities. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and adherence to internal controls and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to create and manipulate data and spreadsheets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to property taxes and insurances for real estate-secured loans.
• Review escrow accounts to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Prepare remittance for property taxes, hazard insurance, and mortgage insurance premiums.
• Maintain escrow documentation and communicate with customers, insurers, and tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and training requirements.
