Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the functional area is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in CIS or CS from an accredited university.
• Experience in a functional area and proficiency with MS Office including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Learns ERP module functionality and other applications assigned.
• Develops fluency in ERP modules and supported applications.
• Performs simple configurations and documents setup changes.
• Provides ongoing production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution and user training.
• Analyzes and tests software patches, reports, forms, interfaces.
• Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements from end-users.
• Performs data queries/extracts and ad hoc reporting.
• Researches ERP module functionality.
• Develops training materials and procedures; conducts training sessions.
• Facilitates application vendor support.
• Collaborates with other Business Analysts on projects and patches/upgrades.
• Assists with business process improvement.
