Job summary

Click Bond Inc. in Carson City, NV is seeking an entry-level Equipment Maintenance Technician to support operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment.

The role includes preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, lubrication, and basic hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, with clear CMMS documentation and a safety-first approach. The position provides a foundation toward advanced Mechatronic or PdM pathways within the company, with hands-on training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical coursework in a maintenance-related field preferred.
• Entry-level position; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and complete routine repairs with appropriate tools.
• Interpret mechanical prints, drawings, and manuals.
• Remove/install bearings, seals, and gaskets following torque specs.
• Inspect and maintain belts, chains, gears, and gearboxes.
• Perform lubrication with correct lubricant, quantity, and interval.
• Use precision measurement tools safely and correctly.
• Perform basic electrical checks with a multimeter.
• Document work in CMMS and update procedures as needed.
• Support root-cause reviews and apply 6S/continuous improvement.
