Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform diversified duties maintaining production machinery, facility equipment, and building systems. You will install, diagnose, repair, and test equipment while following safety and preventive maintenance programs.

The role includes emergency repairs and routine upkeep during production shifts. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and experience with hand tools, mechanical systems, electronics, and hydraulics.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and read mechanical instructions.
• Understanding of mechanical processes and basic electronics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and safety protocols related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine housekeeping of equipment and work areas.
• Read electrical schematics and connect wiring for motors and equipment as needed.
