Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an entry‑level Quality Technician for Environmental Monitoring to support the Quality department with routine sampling in controlled environments and to document results in LIMS.

You will follow aseptic techniques, uphold SOPs and regulatory requirements, perform risk assessments, and help elevate non-conformances while growing your skills under a QALO supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with enterprise software (D365, Veeva, LabWare, etc.).
• Must be able to communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Samples controlled environments per the sampling Master Plan utilizing aseptic technique.
• Documents and processes samples in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Performs real time risk assessments of the manufacturing areas and process.
• Maintains data integrity and ensures compliance with SOPs and worldwide regulatory requirements.
• Will be required to recognize and elevate non-conformances.
