Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions (Simtra) is seeking an entry-level Quality Technician - Environmental Monitoring to support the Quality Assurance Line Operations group. The role works independently to perform routine sampling and process samples, reporting to a QALO Supervisor.

Shift timing for 1st shift is Monday-Thursday 6a-4:30p, with responsibilities including aseptic sampling, LIMS documentation, risk assessments, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in QA or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with enterprise software.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Samples controlled environments per the sampling Master Plan utilizing aseptic technique.
• Documents and processes samples in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Performs real time risk assessments of the manufacturing areas and process.
• Maintains data integrity and ensures compliance with SOPs and worldwide regulatory requirements.
• Recognize and elevate non-conformances.
