Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking an entry-level Quality Technician - Environmental Monitoring to support the Quality Assurance Line Operations group. You will perform routine sampling, document in LIMS, and assist with risk assessments under supervision.

The role reports to a QALO Supervisor with 3rd shift hours Monday-Thursday 10p-8:30a and requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise software.
• Must communicate well and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sample controlled environments per the sampling Master Plan using aseptic technique.
• Document and process samples in a LIMS.
• Perform real time risk assessments of manufacturing areas and processes.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Recognize and escape non-conformances.
