Job summary

Arcadis is the world leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy. This role supports project managers in environmental site characterization, investigation and remediation, with fieldwork and travel across the US.

You will write technical reports, assist in planning and budgeting, and ensure safety during field operations in NC. You should be self-motivated, work well independently or in teams, and adapt to dynamic project needs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience writing reports, work plans, and memoranda.
• Background in environmental science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs/TMs in planning and executing site characterization, investigation, and remediation tasks.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, letters, and memoranda.
• Conduct field work including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling with NCDEQ SOPs; travel 4–5 days/week.
