Qualifications

• Education: Associate or technical degree in engineering, drafting, product design, operations, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in drafting/design support or manufacturing; 4 years if non‑degreed.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff with data collection and documentation.
• Perform routine testing and measurements under supervision.
• Prepare standard reports and update documentation.
• Support lean initiatives and 5S activities.
• Assist in small‑scale prototyping for R&D teams.
• Maintain engineering records and participate in process trials.
