Job summary

Precision Personnel is seeking an Entry Level Structural Design Engineer to support the Airframe Structural Design Engineering team. This role focuses on document management, SharePoint administration, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a Gulfstream aerospace context.

Qualifications

Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites and document libraries.
Collect, organize, analyze, and present data for reporting and decision making.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.
Create and update procedures, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Support document reviews, revision control, and information governance activities.
Assist with workflow improvements and automation using approved tools.
Provide user training for departmental methods and tools.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Prepare leadership communications and status reports.
