Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IS, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneNote, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience creating procedures, technical documentation, training materials, or knowledge repositories.
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in data analysis or process improvement.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or technical business environments.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and present data to support reporting and decision making.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.
• Create and update procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Support document review, publication, revision control, and information governance.
• Support knowledge-management initiatives to improve accessibility and reuse of information.
• Assist with workflow improvements and automation using approved tools.
• Provide user training and support for methods, tools, and knowledge resources.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Prepare leadership communications, status reports, and metrics summaries.

Contract Duration: 1 Year +

• The Airframe Structural Design Engineering team develops and sustains the structural definition of all large cabin Gulfstream aircraft while supporting new product development, fleet improvements, manufacturing, and customer support activities
• In support of these efforts, the organization maintains engineering methods, knowledge management systems, digital tools, reporting solutions, and business processes that enable engineers to efficiently access information, share knowledge, and execute work
• This role supports those capabilities through document management, SharePoint administration, reporting, data analysis, workflow support, and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience/Education:

• This position is intended for recent graduates beginning their professional career

Preferred candidates will also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering with a Computer Science minor, or a related technical discipline
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneNote, or similar collaboration platforms
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Experience creating procedures, technical documentation, training materials, or knowledge repositories
• Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or equivalent technologies
• Internship, co-op, undergraduate research, student leadership, or project experience involving data analysis, software tools, process improvement, or technical documentation

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations
• Creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documentation
• Supporting document review, publication, revision control, and information governance activities
• Supporting knowledge management initiatives to improve information accessibility, retention, and reuse
• Assisting with workflow improvements and automation efforts using approved business tools
• Providing user support and training for departmental methods, tools, and knowledge resources
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Preparing presentations, status reports, metrics summaries, and other communications for leadership and stakeholders
