Job summary

Trane Technologies in Wisconsin is seeking an Electronics Technician I to support testing in the Engineering Test Laboratory for new product development, sustainability, and quality improvement. You will troubleshoot, assist in planning tests, read schematics, and collaborate with engineers to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or Electromechanical or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Strong grasp of electronics principles and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate test facilities and equipment in the Lab.
• Collect and analyze experimental test data for product development.
• Assist in end-to-end electronics testing per approved test plans.
