Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines.
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Perform other duties as needed based on production flow.

We operate in a fully air-conditioned facility, daytime shifts Monday-Thursday (\"4/10\") schedule with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist I - Machine, an entry-level role responsible for supporting basic machine operations such as wave solder, wash, coating/touch up, and de-panel. This position works under close supervision and follows established procedures to ensure quality and safety.

What a day looks like:

• Operate basic machine processes including wave solder, wash, and machine coating under supervision.


• Load and unload boards, fixtures, and assemblies safely into machines.


• Inspect completed work for obvious defects and report issues promptly.


• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks on assigned machines.


• Follow standard work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.


• Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.

Areas of Focus:

• Accuracy of machine operations and adherence to work instructions.


• Compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Production throughput and efficiency in assigned tasks.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.


• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR).


• Basic mechanical aptitude or technical coursework.

Working Hours are Monday-Thursday (5am-3:30pm Monday -Thursday), day shifts of 10 hours per day.
