Aerotek is hiring for 21 Night Shift Production Workers in Nampa, ID. This contract-to-hire role supports a growing electronics manufacturing team in a clean, light-industrial setting.

Shifts run 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on B or D schedules, with a base pay of $19.80 per hour and 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities include assembly, inspection, testing, machine operation, and packaging, plus documentation and teamwork to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or schematics.
• Basic data entry and documentation on a computer.
• Attention to detail and quality commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, test, operate machines and package products per work instructions.
• Support daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, schematics to complete tasks.
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Document production activities using basic software like Excel/Outlook.
• Maintain productivity while minimizing defects and rework.
• Identify and report quality or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist other areas as needed.
