Job summary

AMP Probation, LLC in Utah is seeking a Probation Case Manager to support court decisions and supervise offenders under Private Probation, Electronic Monitoring, and Drug Testing programs. A bachelor’s degree and clean criminal history are required; Spanish-speaking abilities may qualify for extra pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of specialized or case management experience preferred.
• Experience in probation field preferred but other similar fields acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful assistance to the court in deliberations and decisions concerning criminal offenders.
• Monitor and supervise offenders placed under court supervision, including travel to remote rural areas, isolated reservations, and tense neighborhoods.
• Conduct investigations on defendants (offense, prior record, personal/family data) and prepare court reports with analyses and recommendations.
• Develop supervision and treatment plans addressing individual problems and community safety requirements; install and manage electronic monitoring equipment as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, criminology, sociology, psychology, human relations, or related field
