Job summary

Capacity of Texas Inc. is seeking an entry-level electrical technician to assemble fabricated parts and units at floor stations. The role tests and calibrates components, ensures tolerances, and repairs as needed. You will gain proficiency across multiple competencies while working within established processes.

You will read shop orders, meet production goals, and maintain safe, clean work areas, following company EHS rules and quality standards. This position uses basic tools daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or related technical education preferred.
• 2-3 years in manufacturing or equivalent experiencepreferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per department instructions.
• Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair electrical harnesses.
• Terminate and install high voltage electrical cables.
• Read and interpret shop orders; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
